MMH is pleased to offer Room Service Dining to our patients for personally selected and individually prepared meals. With few exceptions, you have the freedom to order anytime between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm from the Room Service menu. A nurse or dietary aid will assist you with menu choices to make sure that the diet ordered by your physician or the dietitian along with any diet restrictions are followed.
Family and visitors are welcome to come to the Prairie Winds Cafe' (cafeteria) anytime between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm. The daily lunch special is served 11:45am to 1:00pm. Daily specials for the Prairie Winds Cafe' are posted in the elevators and main lobby. We also feature a full salad bar from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cold choices such as sandwiches, desserts, and cookies are available throughout the day. Coffee is available 24 hours a day.
During your stay, the dietitian may meet with you regarding your nutrition requirements and concerns. You may request a visit from the dietitian at any time while you are here. Outpatient nutrition counseling is also available with a referral from your physician.
